COMMON QUESTIONS

 

HOW CAN I ORDER?

Fill in the form and indicate the kokedama you want to order and its size.

If you don't find a plant you like, ask us and we'll see with our suppliers if they're in stock.  

 

WHAT IS THE DEADLINE?

From the moment you formalize your order, the delivery or shipping time varies between 3-5 working days.

The festive seasons of the year are safeguarded (Christmas, Mother's Day, Easter), which may exceed 5 working days. We advise you to place the order as soon as possible during these times.

DO YOU DELIVER ALL OVER THE COUNTRY?

We deliver the kokedamas  in the Porto metropolitan area. We ship by freight forwarder throughout the country and Europe.

For the Islands shipping takes longer in transport.

WHAT IS THE EXPENSE FOR SHIPPING OR DELIVERY?

The price of kokedamas does not include shipping to mainland Portugal and the islands.

In the Porto metropolitan area it has a fixed cost of €4.

Orders up to 2kg, value of 6.50€. Higher than this weight, value under consultation in the freight forwarder's table.

For the Islands and Europe price on request in the freight forwarder's table.

CAN I PICK IT UP ON ANOTHER SITE TO AVOID DELIVERY EXPENSES?  

Of course! We are happy to deliver to the address of our headquarters, always agreeing the day and time in advance.

 

PACKAGING?

FIOS plants are properly packaged for shipment. The packaging is made of cardboard and the plant is properly packed in the box, in order to prevent it from turning over during transport and being damaged.

 

HOW DO I MAKE THE PAYMENT?

You can pay by bank transfer or Mbway . The data necessary to do so will be provided after order confirmation.

 

CAN I CANCEL THE ORDER OR CHANGE A PLANT?

Ask all questions before ordering and the product is shipped. If there is a problem after receiving it, please contact us so we can resolve it. Your order can be canceled until you make the payment.

CAN I RETURN A KOKEDAMA?

Yes. If, for some reason, the plant does not meet our quality criteria, you have 48 hours after delivery to contact us to return it. After this period, we cannot accept the return or issue any refund.

I WANT A KOKEDAMA BUT I DON'T KNOW WHICH? CAN HELP?

Definitely yes and I really like it! You can send an email, message on social media or call us to chat. For more in-depth advice, we have the plant styling service, in which we will get to know your space if it is in the Porto metropolitan area and present the best options for you.  

WHERE CAN I SEE YOUR ARTICLES LIVE?

We have several partner stores that resell our items. You can consult them at Points of Sale.
