WHAT IS THE DEADLINE?

From the moment you formalize your order, the delivery time varies between 10 to 15 working days.

WHAT IS THE EXPENSE WITH SHIPPING SHIPPING?

The price of the plants does not include shipping costs to Mainland Portugal and Islands.

Shipping to the Islands takes longer.

If you want your plant to be sent to other locations, contact via email.

PACKING?

FIU plants are properly packaged for shipping. The packaging is made of cardboard and the plant is properly "locked" in the box, in order to prevent it from turning during transport and being damaged.

HOW TO MAKE PAYMENT?

You can pay by bank transfer or Mbway. The necessary data to do this will be provided after order confirmation.

CAN I CANCEL ORDER OR CHANGE A PLANT?

Ask all questions before ordering and the product is shipped. If there is a problem after receiving it, please contact us so that we can resolve it. Your order can be canceled until payment is made.
